Apply for an AI study pass

The application is processed by The Service Centre for Continuous Learning and Employment. You will receive an email when the application has been processed. The decisionmaking / processing will take about a week. If you are not granted an AI study pass, you may also apply by paying the course fee yourself.

MinnaLearning Oy processes personal data in connection with a training program related to the utilization of artificial intelligence expertise. It does so on behalf of the The Service Centre for Continuous Learning and Employment (JOTPA), acting in the role of data processor for the following purposes: acceptance of students into non-regulated education, recording students’ study achievements in the non-regulated education study achievement register, providing students’ background information to JOTPA for the purposes of evaluation, development, statistics, and monitoring. The personal data processed includes:

Register of students selected for non-regulated education: First name, last name, personal identity code, date of birth, email address, employment status (employed, unemployed, outside the labor force, entrepreneur), employer, and job title.

Study achievement register for non-regulated education procured by the Service Centre for Continuous Learning and Employment: Name and student number.

Background information form: Name, personal identity code, highest completed degree, degree title and year of completion, mother tongue, postal code, gender, occupation, employer size, employment sector, employment status, nature of the employment relationship.
